Feeling Free BTS

Tori W gives us the behind-the-scenes look at Feeling Free, and the candid, unguarded energy makes it every bit as captivating as the polished original. She stands beneath the diamond-lattice canopy of the garden gazebo in a grey Tommy Hilfiger sports bra and heavily distressed light-wash jeans, her jet-black hair hanging loose and wild past her waist. Her olive skin catches the dappled shade, and her dark eyes sparkle with genuine amusement as she stretches, turns, and plays to the camera with the relaxed ease of someone who knows the hard work is done and now it is just for fun. She lifts her arms overhead, the sports bra riding up to reveal her sculpted midriff, the ripped denim gaping at the knee and thigh, the rustic wooden furniture and weathered lattice lending every frame a warm, bohemian texture.

The bra comes off and Tori turns in profile, topless, one hand sweeping her long black hair behind her ear as she flashes a rare, wide smile that transforms her usually intense gaze into something irresistibly warm. Her pert breasts catch the filtered garden light, and the jeans sit low on her athletic hips, the distressed fabric framing patches of tanned thigh. There is a looseness to these behind-the-scenes frames that the main set does not have, a spontaneity that feels less like posing and more like catching a beautiful woman in an unscripted moment of joy. Feeling Free BTS proves that sometimes the outtakes are even better than the finished product.
