Just Sit Tight

Roxy Mendez drops onto a black folding chair in a red-painted room, her arms crossed and her legs apart in a pose that dares the viewer to look anywhere else. A purple-and-pink geometric sports bra barely contains her, and dark charcoal leggings dusted with a fine glitter catch the light with every micro-movement. Barefoot on the polished wooden floor, silver rings stacked on her fingers, pendant swinging at her throat, she could be waiting for an interview or about to conduct one. The oak cabinets and framed artwork behind her suggest a study, but Roxy has the energy of someone who commandeers whatever room she walks into. Just Sit Tight sounds like an instruction, and from Roxy, it absolutely is.

The geometric bra lifts off and Roxy stands beside the chair, her firm, shapely breasts catching the warm overhead light as the sparkle leggings shimmer below her waist. But the late frames deliver the knockout: Roxy turns her back and the leggings come down to reveal a thick, impossibly round bum that fills the frame from edge to edge, a thin striped thong the only stitch between her and the camera. She peels it down slowly, looking back over her shoulder with parted lips and heavy-lidded eyes, the polished floor reflecting the red wall's glow across the backs of her smooth, strong thighs. It is a rear view that stops you mid-sentence, and Roxy knows it. She always has.
