Out On The Verandah
07 November 2017
Adele Taylor stands on a sun-baked brick verandah surrounded by terracotta pots overflowing with crimson geraniums, one hand resting on the low balustrade wall, a canopy of green hillside stretching endlessly beyond. She wears a coral-pink sports bra with navy trim and navy-blue space-dye leggings that hug her athletic frame, dark navy trainers completing the effortlessly sporty look. Her chestnut-brown hair is loose and windswept, falling in soft waves around a face that needs no makeup to glow, warm hazel eyes, a scattering of freckles, and a smile that could disarm anyone. She leans over the railing and the coral bra lifts to reveal her toned midriff, the leggings slipping lower on her hips, the bright flowers and blue-green hills painting a backdrop so vivid it almost looks unreal. Out on the Verandah captures the golden hour of a holiday that was already perfect.
The sports bra comes away and Adele turns her bare back to the camera, standing among the flowering pots, the long sweep of her spine visible beneath the tumble of dark hair as she gazes out at the view. Her skin is lightly tanned and flawless, her shoulders defined, and the navy leggings sit low enough to reveal the twin dimples at the base of her back. She looks over one shoulder with quiet, half-lidded warmth, completely at ease, the crimson flowers blazing behind her like the final note in a love letter to summer. There is nothing hurried about this set, just a beautiful woman unwinding in the last of the day's warmth, layer by layer, until the verandah feels like the most intimate place on earth.
